A slow hour
An hour with the volume turned down
For the days that have been loud. Lights low, slower strokes and as few words as you like.
We start with the same short talk about pressure, then the room goes quiet. Strokes are longer and slower than in a standard Swedish session, and we only speak if you do.
A scent in the oil is optional. If you want one, say so when you book; we can tell you every ingredient we use. It is 60 minutes, and you can add 15 more on the day if the next visit allows it.

What to expect
How a slow hour goes
- 01
Step 1: A short talk
Pressure, areas to skip and whether you want a scent. Then we step out while you settle.
- 02
Step 2: Slow and covered
A sheet stays over you. One area is uncovered at a time, worked slowly, then covered again.
- 03
Step 3: Quiet, until you want to talk
We do not fill the room with talk. Tell us if you would like a lighter touch, or to stop.
